My mom and I very much enjoyed our C.S. Lewis tour with Colton! Colton was clearly passionate about history and we enjoyed learning about the architecture of Oxford and the church and educational history, on top of stories of Lewis and Tolkien. During our recent trip to England, my wife and I did two day-trips from London with Ecclesia Walking Tours--one in Oxford with Esther, and one in Cambridge with Otto. Both were excellent! We were staying at a flat in Camden Town, so both cities were about an hour away via public transit. The meeting spots were easy to find, and both guides were on time. Esther and Otto had a wealth of knowledge of their respective towns, and at times it was like trying to get a drink from a firehose because there was so much to take in. Esther and Otto were both very kind and accommodating of our interests along the way. As the name says, this is a *Walking* Tour, so be prepared. There is so much to see and experience, and a two hour tour isn't nearly enough time, but Esther and Otto gave us a good overview, and we were able to use what they gave us to decide what we wanted to explore further. I would highly recommend Ecclesia's services, and Esther and Otto as guides as well. My only regret is not scheduling more time in our itinerary for both Oxford and Cambridge.

This is a first class walking tour of Oxford concentrating in our case on CS Lewis . The guide Rhys was charming, knowledgeable and a joy with whom to chat. If you are interested in the church and Oxford, I would strongly recommend this tour. Amazing walk with Colton from Ecclesia Walking Tours through the highlights of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien's time in Oxford. Colton was truly amazing and it was a pleasure to have him as our guide as he was so knowledgeable and personable. I am so glad we booked through Ecclesia! Thank you for making all the excellent arrangements and following up diligently. Thanks to Colton, we were able to attend the Nine Lessons and Carols at Oriel which was a wonderful start to the season of Advent. Highly recommend Ecclesia tours over a "generic" city tour.
